Frequently asked questions.

  • We treat all musculoskeletal-related injuries

    A few common examples being

    • Neck pain

    • Rotator cuff tendinopathy

    • Osteoarthritis, joint-related pain

    • Post-stroke rehabilitation

    • Parkinson's

    • Multiple Sclerosis

    • Tennis/Golfer's elbow

    • Hip pain

    • Patellofemoral syndrome

    • Ankle sprains

    • Plantar fasciitis

The list is non-exhaustive as a whole host of musculoskeletal injuries exist, but if your symptoms and pain are related to the muscles/joints/bones/ligaments/tendons, we will be able to help in some way.

  • We offer a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan which doesn't just resolve your symptoms. We identify specific root causes which will improve your pain AND make the area of injury feel even better than prior to the injury.

We accurately identify movement patterns and compensatory mechanisms developed by your body which can be influencing the way you move. We then teach you how to solve this problem for good.

We also assess the influence of the ribcage and pelvis on your overall posture and movement, which no one else in Manchester does.

  • We accept patients from most major insurance companies. If you are registered with AXA or PPP, we will require your policy number and authorisation number prior to an appointment.

If you are registered with any other insurers, we require you to self-pay first then claim back from the insurers yourself. We will provide you with a detailed invoice (for free) for you to claim your treatment fees back from your insurers. Please contact us to discuss further.

  • If you’re an NHS patient please do not call us unless you’re looking to switch to private physio and wanting to self-pay for private physiotherapy services.

We are not affiliated with the NHS and we are not able to help with any of your existing NHS physiotherapy appointments.
